Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → KnowScore → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KnowScore → Cancel.
I subscribed, but Premium isn't active.
Open KnowScore, go to the Premium screen and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If it still doesn't work, email us and include the email address of your KnowScore account.
How do I follow a team?
Open a team's page and tap Follow, or manage your teams in the Following tab. Free accounts can follow up to 3 teams; Premium has no limit.
Why did a prediction change?
Predictions refresh automatically when new information arrives: an injury or suspension, the official lineups shortly before kick-off, or a recent result. The Insights tab (What Changed Today?) lists the latest shifts.
Is KnowScore betting advice?
No. KnowScore provides football analytics for information and entertainment. Predictions are estimates and can be wrong, and the app does not accept bets.
Which competitions are covered?
The Champions League and Europa League, the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Primeira Liga, Eredivisie, Belgian Pro League and Süper Lig, plus the Nations League and international friendlies. More are added over time.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately. You can also email solev.studio@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Details are in the Privacy Policy.
